Movement to Help Lymphatics and joints

Day 11

Intension | Wholistic View

THE BIG PICTURE

The health advice on social media is overwhelming, confusing, and can be completely false. Health is not about fixing one thing or taking one magic pill. Instead, it requires a broader holistic perspective.

When it comes to foundational health and wellness, the most important factors are often the simplest: the quality and source of your food, avoiding ultra- processed food, and limiting alcohol and sugar, and assessing the body’s response to inflammatory foods like dairy and gluten.  These choices influence inflammation, gut health, hormone balance, nervous system, and detoxification pathways simultaneously: the 5 Pillars of Health.  As I mentioned in Day 10, sometimes there are other factors, pathogens, like parasites, Lyme, and other viruses that cause additional inflammation.  Labs are necessary to streamline treatment and avoid guessing.

Morning Checklist

I added a morning movement video!!  30 seconds for each movement.
BREATHE: Take 5 deep breaths before doing anything else
Hydration: Hot water with lemon. Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of cayenne, then coffee or tea
Nutrition: Banana pancakes. 1 egg, 1 banana. Mix together, add coconut oil to the pan and make silver dollar sized pancakes.  Serve with walnuts or pecans, blueberries.

Evening Checklist

DETOX Bath 1/2 cup Epsom salts,½ cup baking soda. Soak for 20 minutes if possible. I love this so much. This is a great way to detoxify and reset.
Nutrition: Take a look at the menu I sent last week.  Try a new recipe. Tonight I am making: Almond flour breaded chicken cutlets with roasted sweet potatoes and regular potatoes (for my daughter), and roasted broccoli.  Simple, clean, yummy. I use almond flour like regular flour for dredging the chicken. Gluten-free flour is also an option.
Journal Entry:  Write a gratitude list.
