Intention | Detoxify the mind and the body 

Lymphatic Video:

Lymphatic Drainage: 10 pumps each

Morning Checklist

  • Lemon water (warm if possible) squeeze ½ a lemon into 8 ounces of water before coffee

  • Lymphatic movement - video linked

  • Breakfast: Veggie hash: Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes. Topped with an egg

  • Movement: 20–45 minutes (walk, strength, or mobility)

  • Hydration: licorice tea or detox, lemon water, Celtic Sea Salt, Green Tea

  • LUNCH: Beet Salad, dandelion greens or arugula, with walnuts, lemon and olive oil dressing

Evening Checklist

  • Dinner: Mediterranean Fish in parchment paper

  • Journal: “What is taking up space in my mind right now?” Let it all come out: to-do lists, worries, emotions, conversations, decisions, unfinished thoughts.

FAQ: Can I have coffee? Yes, absolutely. It is what you put into your coffee that may need to be adjusted. Almond Milk is a great option. (I like the brand MALK because it has only three ingredients.)

Quick note: I am doing the Launch with you!! Yesterday, I had a really challenging workout with weights. By mid-afternoon I was really hungry. I ended up making pitted dates with almond butter inside which was a delicious snack. If you have any questions or comments during these 12 days, please let me know as someone else likely has the same question. Remember, this is about your health. If you didn't start yet - start today!! If you tried one new recipe or a pinch of salt in your water or lymphatic video that is a win!! You are amazing!!
