How did you sleep last night?
Last week, my sleep was really off. Three nights in a row, I found myself wide awake at 2:00 or 3:00 AM ready to start my day. Has this happened to you?
Lack of sleep can impact mood, hormones, inflammation, and of course energy.
Here are 10 tips to improve your sleep.
Mg Glycinate 400 mg before bed
Shower with baking soda/sea salt scrub 1/2 cup of each. Another option would be a bath with epsom salt and essential oils.
Shut off all electronics an hour before bed or avoid all electronics for a few days!!
Avoid sugar to prevent fluctuations in blood sugar at night which can interrupt sleep.
Avoid alcohol.
Walk after dinner.
Find a good book to read.
Darkening shades or use an eye mask
Make a list of everything you have to do for the next day, then forget it until tomorrow.
Avoid caffeine after 10:00 AM.
