Launch Your Health is a 12-day guided experience designed to help you take an informed, proactive role in your health using evidence-informed naturopathic principles. This is not about restriction, quick fixes, or perfection. It’s about understanding your body and creating sustainable habits that support long-term health and resilience. Using evidence-informed naturopathic medicine, you’ll learn how to support your body’s natural healing capacity while making practical, realistic changes you can maintain well beyond the 12 days.
