Almond Butter Energy Bites  

1 cup oatmeal

3/4 cup of almond butter(or any nut butter)

½-1 cup of ground flax seed

1/2 cup of honey (or you can use pure Maple Syrup)

1/4 cup of chia seeds

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

A handful of chopped up chocolate chips- or buy the mini chocolate chips 


Mix all ingredients together. If it is not sticking together, add more honey or almond butter. 


Form small 1 inch balls, then freezer.
