The Foundations of Women’s Health Workshop, offered virtually/in-person.

In this 3-part workshop series, you will receive a roadmap to optimal health, printable guides and worksheets to revitalize your health, and ebooks.

On Sept. 28th, we will concentrate on inflammation and diet. Inflammation is at the core of many chronic health issues including cancer, IBD, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and sinusitis.

  • What are inflammatory triggers?

  • What supplements work best to lower inflammation?

  • What is the best diet to follow?

On Oct. 14th, we will discuss gastrointestinal health and detoxification.

  • How does gut health impact mental health and the immune system?

  • What is the microbiome?

  • What is the best way detoxify?

  • Should we all do a detox?

On Nov. 18th, we will focus on hormones, metabolic health, and the nervous system.

  • Perimenopausal symptoms? Menopausal? Adrenal Fatigue?

  • What is insulin resistance?

  • Should everyone take a GLP-1 modulator (ie: Ozempic)? Are there supplement alternatives?
