Almond Butter Energy Bites

  • 1 cup oatmeal

  • 3/4 cup of almond butter (or any nut butter)

  • ½-1 cup of ground flax seed

  • 1/2 cup of honey (or you can use pure Maple Syrup)

  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • A handful of chopped up chocolate chips or buy the mini chocolate chips 

 

Mix all ingredients together. If it is not sticking together, add more honey or almond butter. 

 

Form small 1 inch balls, then freeze.  Enjoy!
